Terms of Service & Bespoke Travel Conditions

By accessing the Real Morocco Vibe website and/or engaging our bespoke travel design services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Real Morocco Vibe is a registered private Destination Management Company operating from Marrakech, Kingdom of Morocco. All services are governed by Moroccan law.

All journeys designed by Real Morocco Vibe are bespoke and tailor-made to each guest's specific preferences. Our booking process is as follows:

• Consultation: Initial inquiry via our website form, WhatsApp, email, or phone. Our travel designers will respond within 24 hours with a preliminary itinerary.
• Itinerary Refinement: Collaborative design process where your itinerary is adjusted until it meets your complete satisfaction. No obligation until you confirm.
• Booking Confirmation: Upon your approval and receipt of the required deposit, your journey is confirmed and all reservations are secured.
• Final Documentation: Detailed journey documents, including accommodation vouchers, chauffeur details, and emergency contacts, are provided 7 days prior to departure.

• Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure all reservations.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 70% is due no later than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Accepted Methods: Bank wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment instructions are provided upon booking confirmation.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed. Payments in other currencies are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Price Adjustments: Confirmed itineraries and prices are guaranteed. Minor adjustments may be required only if you request significant changes after confirmation.

We understand that travel plans may evolve. Our amendment policy is designed to be as flexible as possible:

• Minor Changes (restaurant reservations, activity timing, riad room preferences): Complimentary, subject to availability.
• Moderate Changes (adding/removing a destination, changing accommodation category): Possible at no extra cost if requested 14+ days before arrival, subject to availability and any price difference.
• Major Changes (restructuring the itinerary, changing travel dates): Possible with at least 21 days' notice. Any cost implications will be communicated transparently before you confirm.
• Same-Day or Late Changes: While we will always do our best to accommodate, changes within 48 hours of a scheduled activity may incur additional costs from service providers.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Your safety is our absolute priority. All private transportation provided by Real Morocco Vibe adheres to strict safety protocols:

• All vehicles are fully insured for commercial passenger transport under Moroccan law
• Chauffeurs hold valid professional driving licenses and have a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Vehicles undergo regular safety inspections and maintenance
• Child seats and boosters are available upon request at no additional cost
• All mountain and desert routes are assessed for road conditions and weather before departure
• Emergency roadside assistance is available 24/7 throughout your journey

Real Morocco Vibe shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or extreme weather conditions
• Pandemics, epidemics, or government-mandated travel restrictions
• Political instability, civil unrest, or armed conflict
• Transportation strikes, road closures, or infrastructure failures
• Government actions, border closures, or changes to entry requirements

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will work closely with you to reschedule, reroute, or provide a full credit for future travel. Any refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, deducting only non-recoverable costs paid to third-party providers.

• Ensure valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond your planned departure date
• Obtain any required visa(s) for entry into the Kingdom of Morocco
• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking
• Purchase comprehensive travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Treat all accommodations, cultural sites, and local communities with respect
• Follow the guidance of your assigned guide and chauffeur for your safety

Real Morocco Vibe acts as an intermediary between guests and third-party service providers (accommodations, restaurants, activity operators). While we meticulously vet all partners, we cannot be held liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your journey
• Personal injury or accident resulting from guest negligence or failure to follow safety guidance
• Service disruptions caused by third-party providers beyond our control
• Changes to museum hours, monument closures, or seasonal availability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the specific journey in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. In the event of any dispute, we are committed to resolving it amicably and promptly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco, as the exclusive venue for any legal proceedings.
